We had the pleasure of entering Sony’s Alpha Female Contest.  Where we were not one of the top 5 chosen out of thousands of applicants, we were extremely proud of the accomplishments achieved in such a short period of time.  It was certainly not without the help of many others.  We wanted to share some more of the images taken during our sessions of our chosen Alpha Females. 🙂  They were spectacular to work with, and willing to hop-on-board last minute to create some fun, new images for submission to the contest.  Congratulations to the top winners, it was not an easy application and any applicant that took the time to enter would have been so deserving of consideration!  Click here to view our video submission to the contest.

Michelle and I met for a special morning session on a farm in Louisville, Ohio.  We mostly utilized the working-barn that was on-site, but traveled outdoors when the rain wasn’t an issue.  The barn was a particularly cool location for this session . . . with different levels, lots of hay, live animals and stalls, and so much more, we had a lot to work with.  This location seemed to excite Michelle is a horse-lover, and quite familiar with “barn-life.”  We actually met years ago at Skyview Ranch Camp where she was a wrangler.  Michelle is also a woman (an Alpha woman!) of many traits.  She also enjoys WEIGHT LIFTING, shooting guns, and reading.  Take a look at this awesomeness:

Megan and Suri met me for a sunset photo session in Downtown Hartville, OH.  It was a dual-session as we were crunched for time with the application deadline approaching in only 4 days.  We started at the Hartville Elevator (which is SUPER cool inside, but unfortunately they closed at noon . . . another time!) and then wandered around from there, utilizing the various Historic pieces of Hartville that we could. These two were absolutely fantastic, and a joy to work with!

Megan is a mother of three beautiful children (whom like ice cream from the Hartville Chocolate Factory, I learned!).  She has a gorgeous singing voice and is involved in various ways in her home church at Maranatha Bible Church.

Suri is momma of one and serves in the missions field with her husband here in Ohio.  She is originally from Bolivia, but came to the states a few years back!
